Please note that we will attempt to honour all requests for time, however the schedule will be arranged to accommodate as many users in the most convenient way possible. It may be the case, therefore, that the session you have requested will not be available. It is group policy that the booking period runs from Tuesday to Monday of the following week. Users requesting short-run periods where the next user must start on a weekend or late on a Friday will either be afforded a lower priority or will be charged for the weekend if no user is found who is prepared to begin their session at these inconvenient times. |
